Hey there,

Just coming off the heels of a great, tight-knit event with members of my Inner Circle program. We even had a member close on a deal right there at the event - it was incredible! If you are interested in learning more about our membership programs, schedule a call with my team now - we'd love to tell you more about them!

Alright, let's get to the resources for this week. Here's what you'll learn:

âś… My 3-leg system for building wealth (methodical strategy)

âś… Self storage vs. other investments (which makes more?)

âś… Private equity, explained

[ AJO Podcast ] How I Built $10M+ in Wealth (My Simple 3-Leg System)

I built a financial stool with three legs that didn't just create tens of millions in wealth—it saved my family's financial life when I became fully paralyzed and lost my job. In this video, I’m breaking down the exact three-part system I use to survive market crashes, high interest rates, and the unforeseen disasters that life throws at you.

Most people look for one "magic" investment that does everything, but in reality, a stable financial life requires three distinct categories that serve different functions. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme; it’s a methodical, 20-year strategy that I started small with manual labor and secretary work before scaling to an ecosystem of companies worth tens of millions.

The key is moving your money between *Income*, *Hard Assets*, and *Scalable Equity*. By living wildly beneath our means and reinvesting cash flow from our high-velocity income into wealth-preserving assets like self-storage, we created a self-reinforcing loop. This system allowed my family to weather the high interest rate environment and even my own paralysis because we weren't dependent on a single source of income.

[ SSI Podcast ] Self Storage vs. Other Investments: Which Makes More Money?

Self storage businesses beat most other investments, and it’s not even close. Wherever you’re thinking about parking your money—whether it be rental properties, the stock market, or service-based businesses—the truth is, self storage has the edge over all of them.

Most investors look at other businesses and see low startup costs and flexibility, and they’re not wrong. But what they’re missing is what some of these businesses don’t have: hard assets, tax benefits, all kinds of financing options, and one massive benefit that often goes overlooked:

The dollar your self storage facility makes is worth far more than the dollar most other investments make.

Why? Because in self storage, that dollar not only increases revenue but also grows the value of your facility. And unlike rental properties, which require many hours of physical labor and renovation costs, self storage facilities can grow in value in a matter of months—without swinging a hammer or pulling up carpet, but with simple operational improvements.

[ Short ] Private Equity Explained: How the 1% Actually Build Wealth

Most people think private equity is just about "shredding companies for parts," but the reality is often far more boring—and far more profitable. At its core, private equity is about buying businesses off-market, injecting much-needed capital, and driving operational improvements to create a higher valuation at exit.

I’ve used these same levers in my own real estate ventures to turn around assets and professionalize management teams. In this video, I break down how PE firms actually pull the levers of growth—from optimizing pricing to restructuring debt—so you can decide if a capital partner is the right move for your entrepreneurial journey.
