I built a financial stool with three legs that didn't just create tens of millions in wealth—it saved my family's financial life when I became fully paralyzed and lost my job. The key is moving your money between *Income*, *Hard Assets*, and *Scalable Equity*. By living wildly beneath our means and reinvesting cash flow from our high-velocity income into wealth-preserving assets like self-storage, we created a self-reinforcing loop. This system allowed my family to weather the high interest rate environment and even my own paralysis because we weren't dependent on a single source of income.
