By choosing to join the Self Storage Income Membership, you agree to the following agreement in regard to what is included in your membership:

Submit your property information and underwriting and the Self Storage Income team will review your underwriting and provide feedback on the potential pros and cons of the deal (It’s up to you the investor to make the final decision on whether or not to invest)

SSI members will receive discounts to various third parties, such as Crexi, Prime Corporate Services, and StorTrak, so long as the partnership between the third party and Self Storage Income remains in effect

At the expiration of your subscription, you will be auto-subscribed to renew your membership at a monthly rate, which will give you continuous access to:

SELF STORAGE INCOME PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM 

• Participation in such opportunities may involve fees payable to SSI or its affiliates, which may be in the form of a flat fee, equity participation, or a combination of both.
• The structure, amount, and timing of any such fees are subject to change at the discretion of SSI and will be disclosed in connection with each specific opportunity.
• Continued membership and participation in SSI constitutes agreement to this fee structure and acknowledgment that these terms may evolve over time.

• Members may share deal opportunities with one another within the SSI network, including in forums, meetings, or communication channels organized or facilitated by SSI.
• However, SSI does not vet, endorse, or verify the accuracy, quality, or viability of any such member-shared deals unless explicitly stated.
• Each Member is solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence on any deal, regardless of whether it was shared by SSI or another Member.
• SSI expressly disclaims any liability arising from transactions or decisions based on deals shared peer-to-peer within the Membership.

Community Conduct & Self-Promotion Policy

To preserve the integrity and focus of the Self Storage Income (SSI) community, members may not use the platform to promote their own products, services, businesses, or content — including but not limited to YouTube channels, coaching programs, consulting services, podcasts, newsletters, or other paid or unpaid offerings — without prior written approval from the SSI team. This includes unsolicited links, posts, or direct messages, whether public or private, that promote external offerings. SSI reserves the right to issue warnings, remove content, and, if necessary, revoke community access for repeated or intentional violations of this policy, without refund or further notice, in its sole discretion.

By becoming a Self Storage Income member, you authorize Self Storage Income to use any of your content/image/likeness on our social media, YouTube, Podcasts, Webinars, events, etc., including any images and financial data you share with us. Self Storage Income may share your information with third parties. You may receive promotional emails/SMS, but you will have the ability to opt out of all emails or SMS at any time. You may receive calls to talk about our upcoming events, services, or free educational webinars.
