He is the founder and board member of the largest Self Storage Co-op, Storelocal, as well as Tenant Inc—a SaaS company supporting self-storage facility management. AJ has also written the No. 1 bestselling book on Self Storage Investing and hosts the top rated and listened to self-storage podcast, Self Storage Income.

Travis Morrow has been on a mission to modernize the self-storage industry since he started in 2004. In 2019 Morrow was appointed by the Storelocal Board of Directors to become the CEO of the Storelocal organization. He has overseen the transformation of Storelocal into a profitable organization focused on supporting independent owner operators to stay competitive in a rapidly consolidating space.

Lance Watkins is the CEO, and founder, of Tenant Inc., a vertical SaaS platform disrupting the self-storage industry. For more than 25 years, he’s owned and operated self-storage properties and grown his portfolio to 15 locations. He leverages this experience to truly cater the software and services his company offers to the needs of self-storage operators. Prior to founding Tenant Inc., Watkins founded StoreLocal, a community of self-storage operators meant to give smaller, independent, operators access to the same resources that the bigger REITs in the industry have access to. He also currently sits on the board of Storage Treasures, a storage auction website, and Charity Storage, a charitable outreach program he founded in 2010.

Owner/CEO of Keylock Storage and the Co-Founder/President of Cedar Creek Wealth, Ron has been an influential leader in the storage industry for over 19 years. He served on the Storelocal Cooperative Board of Directors during the early years of guiding them to financial success and he currently serves as Chair of the Idaho Self Storage Association.

Bethany LaFlam is an entrepreneur, a seasoned deal lawyer, a mother and a visionary. With more than 20 years experience practicing law, Bethany has leveraged that expertise into her business life. While her current role as Managing Partner of Premier Law Group focuses primarily on real estate syndications and funds, Bethany began her career in Big Law at the prestigious downtown Los Angeles law firm of Quinn Emanuel.

Conner is a freedom loving American and 3rd generation Idahoan. He is a father to three awesome kiddos and husband to an amazing wife. He has a background of entrepreneurship, business development, and real estate management and development.

The Director of Acquisitions for the Fixated Real Estate Team specializes in cold calling, door knocking, and negotiations. He is also a co-creator of Fixated Events and responsible for attendee experience and speaker relations for the Limitless Financial Freedom Expo with Ken McElroy and Robert Kiyosaki. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, going to the gym, golfing, and investing in meaningful relationships.

Ashley Kehr is a real estate investor of 8 years and co-host of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie podcast. She's the author of Real Estate Rookie: 90 Days to Your First Investment, and has built a buy-and-hold portfolio of over 30 units using various real estate strategies. With a dual degree in public accounting and finance, Ashley excels at creating efficient and remote systems. Leveraging partnerships and creative financing, Ashley left accounting to pursue real estate full-time. When she's not podcasting, Ashley is raising three boys on a dairy farm in rural Buffalo, NY.

Jesse Harmon leads Bitterroot Holdings' team for facility operations, marketing, and revenue optimization. He also implements cost-efficient initiatives and aligns marketing and revenue-producing strategies with the company's leadership. With a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from Chapman University, Mr. Harmon has extensive experience overseeing revenue management and consumer marketing for a publicly traded hospitality company. He also coaches youth soccer and Little League in his community.

Warren Dazzio serves as Executive Vice President of CSSI® LLC as head of all Sales and Marketing. As a natural leader, Warren brings ethics and integrity into every aspect of his life and work. He brings a team mentality to CSSI® in supporting our extensive sales channels and helping to develop new products and services to bring to the organization. He has extensive knowledge of tax law and consults with building owners and development firms to reduce or defer their taxable income.

Jonah speaks on the topics Smartlock champions, selfserviceselfstorageTM through automation and modern remote management, regularly at national and state level storage association and other industry events. He’s passionate about the industry and excited to teach others. A Missouri native, he loves his Kansas City Chiefs and you’ll often see him sporting his Jersey on Red Friday, game day or after a big win. He resides in Dallas, TX and spends all of his non-working hours with his wife Lyvia and their two young entrepreneurs-in-training, Elisa (7) and Braden (5).

Brad Anderson is a seasoned professional in the field of Construction Management, with a wealth of experience and expertise. Through years of experience, Brad has gained a solid foundation in the principles and techniques of managing construction projects from inception to completion. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, allowing him to effectively plan, coordinate, and execute projects to deliver exceptional results.

Chuck has over 25 years of experience as a Project Architect and Designer. His attention to detail is reflected throughout his design projects. His project list includes commercial, government, residential, and Military. Chuck has been in charge of every facet of the design and construction process from Programming through Construction Administration. His first self-storage project was designed in 2003 and he has done dozens of storage facilities throughout the past two decades.

Ben Benditson is the Vice President of Capital Markets at Cedar Creek Capital. With extensive experience in commercial real estate financing and capital raising, Ben plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and identifying investor opportunities that align with Cedar Creek Capital's mission of building wealth and income through innovative self-storage investments. His deep understanding of the capital markets and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes contribute to the company's continued growth and success.

Shannon Charbonneau is the Vice President of Client Solutions for XPS Solutions, a Richardson, Texas-based call center that specializes in self-storage. Shannon has been with the company since 2011 and worked with a diverse clientele, from first-time owners to large operators with hundreds of locations. She strives to create positive and long-lasting relationships within the industry with clients and vendors alike, and uses what she learns from customers to help shape the services offered by XPS product developers, software engineers, call-center staff and quality management..

Bishesh is a senior loan officer with Live Oak Bank. He is a dedicated lender in the self-storage space and has been working in the self-storage industry since 2016. As a senior loan officer, he is responsible for evaluating, qualifying, and structuring, self-storage deals. Bishesh works with borrowers across the country secure self-storage financing using various loan products (SBA, USDA, and Conventional Bank debt).

Mason is a serial entrepreneur, an engineer, and a user experience expert. Mason is an impassioned, charismatic speaker on how to use the latest consumer technologies to empower and engage people. Practicing human-centered design and lean startup methodologies, he has led three startups to empower the next wave of customer engagement through human-first automation. Since 2019, he’s focused on leveling the playing field for self-storage operators of 1 location or 1,000s of locations. is building the industry leading AI models and workflows to make self-storage operations more efficient. Passionate about solving problems, Mason is currently the CEO of swivl.

Cameron Barsanti is a self storage investor, operator and Founder/CEO of StorageLife. In the last three years, he’s acquired twelve facilities across six states. He has converted, built ground-up, and stabilized underperforming facilities with huge value-add potential. Leveraging partnerships and mentors, Cameron left the entertainment industry to pursue self storage full-time. With a passion for inspiring people, Cameron thrives on helping others succeed in the industry. Cameron resides in New Mexico with his wife, two kiddos, and their four-legged furball.

A graduate from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse with a degree in Finance and Accounting, Kirk brings with him years of self storage brokerage experience with an emphasis on the Midwest territories as a Senior Broker for Lindsey Self Storage Group. Kirk has facilitated multiple transactions in the Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Missouri, Iowa, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas and Texas markets. While ensuring his clients achieve the maximum sale price for each transaction through his work ethic and deep market knowledge, Kirk takes pride in developing relationships that go beyond the profit and loss statements

Tim is the co-founder of, a national distributor of industrial packaging and shipping supplies founded in 1998 which was acquired by SupplySide in 2016. Tim leads the team of project coordinators and support staff in serving a wide array of clients. Under Tim’s leadership, SupplySide has earned consistent industry accolades including the prestigious “UPS Marketing Award” (2020) at The UPS Store’s Corporate Vendor Forum. Mr. Huber is currently working as a Solutions Specialist for Access Control Technologies where he assists storage facilities in selecting security gates, access control systems, and camera systems. Prior to joining Access Control Technologies, Mr. Huber spent 19 years with Sealed Air Corporation and two years with Monster Self-Storage which was later purchased by Prime Self-Storage. As an active member of the several Self-Storage Associations and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the South Carolina Self-Storage Association. Mr. Huber spends his free time with his two children, their dogs, and helping coach his son’s baseball team.

Brandon Maurer has over 10 years of industry experience serving customers in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Brandon strives to provide excellence in customer service and enjoys helping customers bring their self-storage ideas to life. Brandon has a wife and two kids and enjoys playing golf and watching college football.
