While we aim to have our studies finished and returned within 14 business days, our recommendation is to plan on up to 21 business days as these are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis.

Due to the nature of these reports, all sales are final and there are no refunds.

Our reports can be used for a ground up development and are a great resource for understanding local competition, rental rates, as well as occupancy and demand for different unit types within your market.

However, when considering a development project it's important to note that this study does not include a site layout, architectural drawings, itemized construction costs, or a detailed lease up pro-forma.
