WEEK 1: Focus

Want to know if you have a good deal or not? Well…it depends. What’s a good deal for you might be a bad deal for someone else. Week 1 is all about honing in on your investor criteria so you can know your buy box and eliminate shiny object syndrome

Homework: GO NICHE - YOUR INVESTOR CRITERIA

WEEK 2: Opportunity

Now that you’ve identified your investment criteria you can now hone in on your strategy for finding deals. Whether you prefer on market, off market, or both - week 2 is all about how to communicate with sellers and brokers so that you can start finding deals and taking action

Homework: 7 DAY LEAD GENERATION CHALLENGE

WEEK 3: Research + Analysis

This week is all about numbers. It’s one thing to find a deal, but now you have to underwrite the deal. What’s the market look like - is it growing? Will this deal cashflow? Underwriting is a complex topic that we dive deep into in week 3.

Homework: UNDERWRITING A DEAL

WEEK 4: Evaluation

In week 4 we talk about how to finance your deal. If you’re like most people, you may be nervous to talk to banks/lenders about getting a loan. Lucky for you, on week 4 we’re bringing on a guest speaker in the lending world to talk all about financing and how you can put yourself in a position to close on your next deal!

Homework: ECONOMICS - FINANCING THE DEAL

WEEK 5: Strategies and Systems

Without an effective system, you can’t scale. Once you’ve identified your strategy you need to create systems and repeatable processes so that you can focus on your high-impact activities. Rule of thumb: If you need to do an action 3 times, you need a system. In this week you’ll discover how to hire virtual assistants, build standard operating procedures and create frameworks to free up your time.

WEEK 6: Taking Action

Now that we’ve covered everything, it’s time to bring it all together and start making offers! In week 6 you’ll learn exactly how AJ has been making offers on storage deals over the deals and hear about his strategies on how you can put yourself in position to close your next commercial real estate deal. Not only that, but you’ll also get our LOI template so you can start making offers on deals right away!
